Co-opted Governor: Mrs Lindsay Newton
I became a governor in October 2021 after working with the school and governing board for three years in a professional capacity as a Governor Support Officer for the Local Authority. It was through this role that I saw how important governors were to a school and how they could support the positive and ongoing development of children’s education. I’m hoping that my varied experience in governance and a background in finance can be used to support the school.

Due to work commitments as a senior nurse I resigned from the role in 2021 however I am now in a position to work as part of the governing body again to support and senior leadership team to ensure every child at the school is supported to reach their full potential.
